CIFP Hosteleria Ostalaritza LHII Galdakaol attends the Eibar fair
Last Thursday, February 5th, the annual Ikasenpresa fair was held in Eibar, bringing together numerous business projects developed at their respective vocational training centers.
As in previous years, a delegation from CIFP Hosteleria Ostalaritza LHII Galdakao attended the event. Specifically, three Ikasenpresa projects from the school participated. The Txirimiri group, from the second-year Services course, showcased their flagship products: cider and apple juice made at the school. The Cocina Rebelde group, from the second-year Culinary Arts and Gastronomy course, prepared a tasting of chicken with apples, heated on-site. The Delantales y Tentaciones group, also from the second-year Culinary Arts and Gastronomy course, sold their main product: pet biscuits.
All the ikasenpresa projects that participated in this year's Eibar fair were guided by the same principles of sustainability, circular economy, local sourcing, and respect for the environment.
The event unfolded in a festive and participatory atmosphere, bringing together thousands of people representing numerous Vocational Training centers from across the Basque Country.
The Galdakao hospitality school's participation in the fair was extremely positive, and organizers are eager to return next year with new business projects.
