Julen Martín, student at the Galdakao School of Hospitality, among the winners of the Enpresari 2024-2025 program

The Enpresari 2024-2025 program, promoted by DEMA and aimed at vocational training students in Bizkaia, has launched a new edition with the goal of fostering entrepreneurial spirit and business idea development among young people. This year, standout participant Julen Martín, a second-year Culinary Management student at the Galdakao School of Hospitality, has been named one of the winners with his innovative business idea: ETEN, pop-up restaurant, a creative concept focused on temporary, sustainable dining experiences.

Julen’s idea was selected as one of the winning video submissions, recognized for its creativity, feasibility, and innovative approach within the hospitality sector. ETEN offers temporary gastronomic experiences in various locations, featuring seasonal menus and highlighting local ingredients.

Enpresari has become a key platform for promoting young entrepreneurial talent in Bizkaia. In previous editions, other students have also earned recognition with projects such as Tartalo, Ganatxe, Arati Galapan, and Taberna Antepare, further establishing the Galdakao School of Hospitality as a hub for creativity and innovation.
