Pre-enrolment and Enrolment

To take part in the placement process, it is necessary to complete the pre-enrolment within the established deadline.

Students must be registered or register on IKASGUNEA. Once the pre-enrolment is complete, the admission list follow-up will be carried out through this platform.

Admitted students must formalize their enrolment within the period indicated in their admission.

Admitted students who do not enrol within their designated period will lose the assigned place and any other potential placement, and will only be able to enrol during the extraordinary period, if there are any vacant places.

Enrolment period for vocational training programmes for the 2025-2026 academic year:

  • Provisional admission lists for pre-enrolment: 4 July
  • Appeals against the lists: until 10 July at 12:00.
  • Publication of “Final lists”: 11 July
  • 1st Regular Period Phase I: 11 July to 15 July at 14:00
  • 2nd Regular Period Phase II: 17 July
  • 3rd Regular Period Phase III: 21 to 22 July
  • Extraordinary period: 23 and 24 July and 2 September to 17 October

New students wishing to enrol in the first year:

Online via the platform IKASGUNEA
At the secretary’s office of the first-choice centre. Secretary's office hours: (8:30 to 14:30).
If the pre-enrolment is carried out in person, it must be done by the applicant (student) or the legal guardian in the case of underage students.

  • ID card (original and copy) (for underage students and their legal guardian)
  • Certificate or diploma (showing the average grade) or academic transcript (original and copy) of the studies granting access to the programme (students who have completed these studies in the Basque Country after 2015 do not need to submit this documentation)
  • Disability quota: certificate issued by the Social Services Department of the Provincial Council or the corresponding authority.
  • High-performance or elite athlete quota: official statement confirming this status.
  • For underage students: family record book (legal guardian)
  • 1 PHOTOGRAPH
  • 2 PHOTOCOPIES of the ID card
  • Social Security Number of the student (NUSS)

The publication of the admission lists can be consulted on the website IKASGUNEA

  • Pre-enrolment from May 5 to May 23.
  • Submission of documentation until June 30, either online or in person. All other documents by June 20.
  • Publication of the provisional list of admitted, not admitted and excluded applicants: July 4.
  • Submission of appeals against the provisional lists: until July 10 at 12:00 noon.
  • Publication of the final lists of admitted, not admitted and excluded applicants: July 11.

 

ENROLMENT PHASES:

Enrolment is carried out in person at the centre where the student has been admitted.

Admitted students must formalize their enrolment within the period indicated in their admission. Prior appointment required (link to appointments).

Admitted students who do not enrol during the period in which they were admitted will lose their assigned place and may only enrol in the extraordinary period, if any places are available.

Ordinary enrolment period for admitted students:

  • Phase I: from July 11 to July 15 at 14:00 (Applicants listed as admitted on July 11 must enrol within this period)
  • Phase II: July 17 (Applicants listed as admitted on July 16 must enrol on July 17)
  • Phase III: from July 21 to July 22 (Applicants listed as admitted on July 18 must enrol within this period)

Extraordinary enrolment period:

July 23 and 24 and from September 2 to October 17.
